BirdID - European bird guide and quiz
BirdID - European bird guide and quiz is an Android application that allows you to explore the main features of the birdid.no website. The app lets you download the bird guide, which you can use to identify birds using images and sounds. You can also download quizzes to test and sharpen your identification skills. The app also allows you to access offline content, making it convenient to use anytime, anywhere.
The species names in the bird guide follow the system language of your device, and the app supports a wide range of languages, including Armenian, Bulgarian, Catalan, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Georgian, German, Hungarian, Icelandic, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, and Ukrainian. If your system language is not supported, the app will default to English. The upcoming version 2 of the app will allow for independent language selection inside the app. Developed by BirdID and Nord University, the bird guide aims to cover the Western Palearctic and currently includes approximately 380 species.
